Nursery on Wheels was created to remove the last bit of hesitation from a big decision. Instead of asking parents to visit a showroom, we converted a van into a fully designed mobile nursery thoughtfully set up to mirror the real Cradlewise crib experience, and started to bring the crib directly to families for a private, mobile demo experience.

The response has been incredible. Families have stepped inside, tested the bounce, explored the smart features and many have chosen to bring Cradlewise home after experiencing it firsthand. Because sometimes, confidence comes from experiencing it yourself.

What is Nursery on Wheels?

Nursery on Wheels is our in-home demo experience designed for parents who want to experience the Cradlewise smart crib before making a decision.

We’ve converted a Mercedes Sprinter van into a fully styled mobile nursery. Inside, you’ll find a complete Cradlewise setup, ready to demonstrate:

  • The signature bounce in action
  • Built-in soothing sounds
  • Smart monitoring features
  • Premium materials and build quality

During your 45-minute visit, a trained Cradlewise product specialist walks you through everything. You’ll be able to test the bounce, hear the sound machine, explore the app features, and ask as many questions as you like.

It’s a private, relaxed and completely obligation-free experience.

Ask questions in a 1-on-1 setting

You’ll have dedicated time with a trained Cradlewise product specialist who can walk you through setup, safety standards, app features, longevity, and more.

Strict hygiene protocols

The crib and all contact surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between every visit. We follow clear cleaning procedures to ensure each family experiences a fresh, safe setup.

Safety-first experience

All Cradlewise team members are background-checked and trained to conduct respectful, professional demos. Visits take place in our mobile nursery setup, and we will not enter your home. If conditions are unsafe due to space, weather, or other factors, we may adjust or reschedule the visit.

Your privacy respected

No recording of you, your child, or your home takes place without clear notice and explicit consent. If you opt in, you may later withdraw consent by contacting support. Any monitoring features shown during the demo are for illustration purposes only. 

Zero pressure

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase during the visit. Our goal is to help you make an informed, confident decision, not pressure you into a purchase.

How to book your demo?

Booking your Nursery on Wheels visit is simple.

  1. Visit the Nursery on Wheels page on our website.
  2. Enter your email and ZIP code to check availability.
  3. Choose a date and time slot that works for you.
  4. Complete your details and confirm your booking.

If your ZIP code isn’t currently serviceable, you’ll have the option to express interest, which helps us plan future expansions.

What happens after you book your demo slot?

After booking, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with visit details 
  • A reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled time
  • A final reminder 2 hours before arrival

If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 4 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation and reminder emails.

On the day of your demo, our trained product specialist will arrive at your scheduled location with the fully set-up mobile nursery. The crib and all contact surfaces are sanitized between every visit, and our team is background-checked and trained to conduct respectful, safe demos.

A: Yes, easily. There’s a link in your confirmation email that lets you reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment. Life happens, we get it.

Q: What if I need to cancel my visit?

A: Just use the link in your confirmation email to cancel. The earlier you let us know, the better as it helps us offer the slot to another family who’s waiting.

Q: What if the van is running late?

A: You’ll hear from us. If we encounter traffic or face delays (it’s the Bay Area; it happens), we’ll text or call with an updated arrival time right away.

Q: What if I’m not home at the scheduled time?

A: Please make sure someone is available to meet us. If plans change, let us know at least 2 hours in advance, and we’ll help reschedule. If we arrive and no one is home, it’s considered a no-show, and rebooking depends on availability.

Q: Is the demo chargeable?

A: No. The Nursery on Wheels demo is completely free. There is no fee to book or attend the visit. If you decide to purchase the crib during the demo, our product specialist will walk you through the available options and pricing.

Q: Can I buy the crib during the visit?

A: Yes, if you’d like. If you decide you’re ready, we offer immediate options to purchase during the visit, or we can set up delivery later. There’s absolutely no pressure either way.

Q: What types of cribs can I choose from during the visit?

A: You can choose between a new crib and a nearly-new crib. Our product specialist will explain the differences and help you understand which option may be right for your family.

Q: Do I receive a special offer if I purchase during the demo?

A: The visit itself is purely a demonstration experience and does not automatically include a special discount. If any promotional offers are available at the time of your visit, they will be shared transparently. There is never any obligation to purchase.
