What is Nursery on Wheels?
Nursery on Wheels is our in-home demo experience. We bring a fully set-up Cradlewise Smart Crib to your doorstep in our demo van, so you can see it, touch it, and experience how it works — without leaving home.
You’ll get a hands-on walkthrough of the crib, including the famous Cradlewise Bounce, and time to decide if it’s right for your family.
Where is Nursery on Wheels available?
Nursery on Wheels is currently available in the San Francisco Bay Area only.
If you’re outside the Bay Area:
- Southern California: Visit the Babylist Store in Beverly Hills
- Other locations: Try our Nextdoor Nursery Program, where real Cradlewise parents offer virtual or in-person demos
If none of these options are available in your ZIP code, you can still place an order and experience Cradlewise at home with our 60-night trial. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it according to our return policy.

How long does the visit last?
Most visits last 30–45 minutes. Your time slot includes extra buffer so you never feel rushed.
What time slots are available?
Available slots depend on your location. Enter your email and ZIP code on the booking page to see real-time availability.
Same-day appointments may be available.
Can I reschedule my visit?
Yes. You can reschedule easily using the link in your confirmation email up to 4 hours before your appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime using the link in your confirmation email. Letting us know early helps us offer the slot to another family.
Who will be visiting my home?
A trained Cradlewise product specialist will visit you. All team members are background-checked and trained to conduct safe, respectful in-home demos.
Is the crib sanitized between visits?
Yes. The crib and all contact surfaces are thoroughly sanitized after every visit, following strict hygiene protocols.
Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?
No preparation is required. Feel free to jot down questions if you’d like — we’ll walk you through everything.
Am I required to buy during the visit?
No. The demo is completely obligation-free. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision.
Can I buy the crib during the visit?
Yes, if you’d like. You can place an order during the visit, or we can set up delivery later. There’s absolutely no pressure either way.
What if the van is running late?
We’ll proactively reach out by text or call if there’s any delay. If Bay Area traffic happens, we’ll keep you informed.
What if I’m not home at the scheduled time?
Please make sure someone is available to meet us. If plans change, let us know at least 2 hours in advanceand we’ll help reschedule. If we arrive and no one is home, it’s considered a no-show and rebooking depends on availability.
