What size is the Cradlewise
Smart Crib?
The crib is similar to other mini cribs. The exact dimensions are 40” L X 25” W X 42” H, weighing 88.2 lbs. Two people can lift the crib, and it's easily moved into place by sliding it on carpet or wood floors (without ever making a scratch).
Does the Cradlewise bounce all
night long?
The smart soothing features are only activated when the built-in monitor notices your baby begins to stir. Once your baby falls asleep again, it stops bouncing. You can gradually reduce the sensitivity, so it takes longer for the motion to kick in. Eventually, your child will learn to self-soothe without needing any movement.

Is there a trial period? What if it’s
not right for us?
We know how hard adjusting to new life (pun intended!) can be. That's why we want to give you as much time as you need to decide if Cradlewise is right for your family. Your 60-night trial will start the first day you place your baby in the crib. If it doesn’t work for you, simply let us know, we’ll pick it up. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
What certifications does
Cradlewise have?
Your baby's safety is paramount. We've done extensive testing, and the crib meets or exceeds all U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission safety standards for bassinets, non-full-size baby cribs/play yards, and crib mattresses
Our crib is certified by JPMA. The JPMA Certification Seal signifies a product that meets additional safety requirements.
We're also GREENGUARD Gold Certified which ensures our crib is clear of 10,000 chemicals and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) commonly known to pollute indoor air.
The electronics powering the Cradlewise Smart Crib are Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certified.
Until what age can my baby stay in the
Cradlewise Smart Crib?
Our crib is designed to be used from day one of bringing your baby home until it’s time to transition to a toddler or twin bed—around two years of age, up to 33 pounds, or when they start climbing the rails.
After about 5 months (or once your baby begins to push up on their hands and knees), it will be time to transition your baby out of bassinet mode. To do this you'll simply remove the bassinet mesh and support piece.
The best part is that your baby won’t have to adjust to a new sleeping environment. They can sleep with the same old bounce and their favorite sleep tracks.
Does Cradlewise come with a warranty?
What is the warranty on this product?
Yes! Every Cradlewise Smart Crib is covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery, specifically on the mechanical and electronic parts.
You can purchase CradlewiseProtect as an additional warranty for 2 years which will cover:
Replacement of damaged mesh
Repairs of chips and breaks
Replacements of mechanical or
electrical components

Will my crib be delivered on time?
Your product will be shipped on or before the
23rd of the month you select at checkout. We recommend you order your crib early to get a better price & guarantee your order is placed before the month sells out.
What if I have twins?
If you need to purchase twin cribs, our app will support multiple cribs within one account! You will need to purchase 2 cribs and can create a profile for each crib, but seamlessly toggle in between the profiles to monitor and manage each crib.
