“Refer A Friend” Program Terms & Conditions

Cradlewise Inc. (“Cradlewise,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) offers customers (“you” or “Referrer”) the chance to earn rewards by referring friends (“Referee’s or Referred Friend”) to try the Cradlewise Smart Crib. By joining the Refer A Friend Program (“Program”), you can earn rewards for successful referrals.

We may modify or end the Program at any time. Some parts of the Program may be managed by third-party administrators.

By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with Cradlewise’sTerms of ServiceandPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate. Additionally, participation must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• The Program is open to individuals who have purchased a Cradlewise crib and have an active Cradlewise account.
• The Referee must be a new customer who has not previously purchased a Cradlewise crib.
• You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• The Program is intended for personal referrals only . Bulk distribution, mass emailing, paid advertising, posting on coupon or deal websites, or any other promotional tactics intended to broadly disseminate referral links beyond direct personal sharing are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit the program through unauthorized promotional methods may result in disqualification/permanent removal from the program.
• We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If your referred friend completed an order but you did not receive a reward, the referral may have been flagged for review due to suspicious activity.

• Rewards are payable via PayPal.
• There is no limit on the number of Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year.
• The referrer is responsible for any tax liability resulting from referral rewards.
• If the referrer’s order is canceled or refunded, they will not be eligible for referral rewards and will be removed from the Cradlewise Refer A Friend Program.
• Referral incentives will not be paid if the referral links or codes are shared on public coupon websites or deal-sharing platforms.
  • - Repeated violations will result in permanent removal from the Cradlewise Referral Program.

• The $50 discount is automatically applied at checkout when the Referee uses the referral link.
• Referral rewards are processed 50 to 70 days after the referee's crib has been successfully delivered.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

• Referrers must have an active PayPal account to receive referral rewards. Cradlewise is not responsible for any PayPal account restrictions or processing delays.
• Self-referrals (using your own referral link to purchase another crib) are not allowed.
• Referrers cannot refer to household members or individuals living at the same address.
• If a Referee cancels or returns their order, the Referrer will not receive a reward.
• Cradlewise reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

• Cradlewise may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Cradlewise will update these terms on this page to reflect any change.
• Cradlewise reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Friend attempts to use the Cradlewise Refer A Friend Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
