Your trial will start when you place your baby in our crib*. If you decide Cradlewise isn’t the right fit, we'll gladly accept it back.

The 60-night trial offer is exclusively valid for the Cradlewise Smart Crib and is subject to our return policy, which can be found here. Cradlewise accessories are not eligible for the 60-night trial.
If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, the first thing you do is contact our customer support at +1 (888) 717-2735 or email us at support@cradlewise.com. If we determine the product failed under warranty we will repair or replace it for you at no extra cost.
