How the Demo Service Work?

Because we do not have a retail showroom that we own or operate, we have created a platform where potential customers (“Shoppers”) can see how the Smart Crib looks and works in homes where our customers have purchased the product. Our Services may be used to facilitate the reserving of appointments between users who have purchased product (“Hosts”) and wish to use their residential home (“Property”) to show the product and users who would like to schedule a time to view and evaluate the product at the Host’s Property. The Hosts and Shoppers make arrangements for appointments directly with each other through the Platform. Cradlewise is not an owner or operator of any of the properties. Our responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the Services as described herein.

Privacy and Conduct

Hosts and Shoppers must respect each other’s privacy and adhere to all applicable laws. Cradlewise reserves the right to terminate participation for any breach of these terms.

Changes to Terms

Cradlewise may update these T&C at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Limitation of Liability

Cradlewise is not liable for disputes between Hosts and Shoppers, nor for any incidents occurring during demos. Hosts are not employees, partners, representatives, agents, joint venturers, or franchisees of Cradlewise. Cradlewise does not perform any obligations in connection with host appointments and does not employ hosts to perform such obligations. Users hereby acknowledge that Cradlewise does not supervise, direct, control or monitor a host’s showroom appointments. The relationship between hosts and Cradlewise is that of an independent contractor.

Please note that, as stated above, the services are intended to be used to facilitate hosts and shoppers directly with each other. Cradlewise cannot and does not control the condition, legality, safety, or suitability of any hosts, guests, properties or merchandise. Cradlewise is not responsible for and disclaims any and all liability related to any and all appointments, properties and merchandise. Accordingly, any appointments will be made or accepted at a user’s own risk.

This program will be carried out using the third-party tool Moast. By registering, you also agree
to accept their terms of service and privacy policy.
