60 Nights Trial Offer

We understand how challenging it can be to adjust to new life with a baby. That's why we invite you to experience our products for a full 60 nights in the comfort of your own home. Your trial will start when you place your baby in our crib*. If you decide Cradlewise isn’t the right fit, we'll gladly accept it back.

Please Note:

The 60-night trial offer is exclusively valid for the Cradlewise Smart Crib and is subject to our return policy, which can be found here. Cradlewise accessories are not eligible for the 60-night trial.

  • 60 Nights Trial is applicable only on Cradlewise Smart Crib.
  • 60 Nights Trial is applicable from the day you first place your baby in the crib or within 90 days of delivery, whichever comes first.
  • 60 Nights Trial is not applicable for Fitted Sheets, Mattress covers, or any other products sold by Cradlewise.
  • You may decide to return the Cradlewise Smart Crib any time before the end of 60 Nights for a refund. In case any freebies are provided with the order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
  • Return and Refund on 60 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to Return/Refund under 60 Nights Trial.
  • Our 60 Nights Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Cradlewise product(s) purchased from https://cradlewise.com or authorized sellers of Cradlewise product(s) and is limited to one return per household.
  • Please retain the original box/package of your Cradlewise Smart Crib. You’ll need to re-pack the unit to make a refund claim, without it, Cradlewise reserves the right to reject any claim under the 60 Nights Trial Offer.
  • We may require you to email us the photographs of the returning product(s) when requesting a refund.
  • Return requests will be reviewed and picked up within 14 days of raising a return request.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks once the product(s) has been picked up for return and inspected.
  • The final decision on refund under the 60 Nights Trial offer will be made by Cradlewise Inc.
  • The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn't fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 60 Nights Trial Offer.
  • Disputes, if any, are subject to the respective state jurisdiction(s) only.

If we determine the product failed under warranty we will repair or replace it for you at no extra cost.
