Dear Cradlewise Family,

We've made a difficult decision to reduce the savings on advance orders of the Cradlewise Smart Crib, effective Saturday, April 1.

As the owners of a growing business and parents of two kids, it’s not a decision we take lightly. Cradlewise is on a mission to provide more families with the tools and support they need to get more sleep. Part of that commitment means continuing to provide the best possible experience for our community.

I know you must be sick and tired of hearing about “inflation” and “supply chain” issues. We are, too! With the cost of raw materials like aluminum and wood up by 25%, coupled with rising warehouse costs, adjusting savings is a step that we need to take to continue to build the best possible product, and deliver it on time to the families we serve.

We are committed to producing the highest-quality product for your baby. Crafted with sustainable materials and certified safe for your little one and your home, Cradlewise is GREENGUARD Gold certified. In addition to the world-class engineering powering the crib, our team is also available to support your sleep journey every step of the way. (We're also there if you just need a pep talk at 3 a.m.)

So what’s changing? Our current retail price will remain fixed at $1,999. But starting in April, we will be reducing the savings on advance orders from $100 to $50 for each month.

For example, if you plan your order one month ahead, the new price would be $1,949 compared to $1,899. The lowest price will be $1,699 instead of the current price of $1,399.

Cradlewise “Refer A Friend” Program Terms & Conditions

Cradlewise Inc. (“Cradlewise”, "we," "us" or the "Company") offers you (“you”, “your” or “Referrer”) the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends (“Referrals” or “Referred Friend”)to try our Cradlewise Smart Crib. Your participation in the Cradlewise “Refer A Friend” Program ("Referral Program" or "Program") can earn you additional rewards. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason. The Program is administered by Cradlewise, which may outsource certain administration elements to third parties (collectively "Administrator").

These terms ("Terms") apply to a user's participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you are subject to Cradlewise's Terms of Services and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Cradlewise's Refer A Friend Program. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then you cannot register and participate in the Program. Users also cannot where in so doing, they would violate any applicable law or regulations.

Qualified Referral - A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase of Cradlewise Smart crib made at https://cradlewise.com by a Referred Friend who orders from our website post registering through the referral link provided. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred Friend - The Referred Friend and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Friend has to be a new customer who has never purchased from Cradlewsie before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made their first purchase and you didn't receive any reward, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Just shoot us an email at support@cradlewise.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Referral Rewards - For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Friend must complete an order of Cradlewise Smart Crib.
Reward Payments - Rewards are payable through Paypal and Amazon gift card, whichever the referrer wants. There is NO restriction on maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. If the referrer’s order is either canceled or refunded, then the referrer is not eligible to receive the referral rewards and will be removed from the Cradlewise's Refer A Friend Program.
Eligibility - Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Cradlewise's Refer A Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at the company's sole discretion.
Right to Close Accounts - Cradlewise reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Friend attempts to use the Cradlewise Refer A Friend Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms - Cradlewise reserves the right to cancel our Refer A Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
