We understand that welcoming a new addition to your family is an exciting journey, and sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a generous trial period. Your 60-night trial begins from the day you place your baby in our crib. If, during this period, you find that our crib isn't the perfect fit for your family, please let us know by completing the form below. Once your return is confirmed, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup.
Customers have 60 nights from the first use date or within 120 days of delivery, whichever comes first, to request a return of their Cradlewise Smart Crib for a refund.
Important: Cradlewise “Nearly Perfect” cribs are non-returnable and non-cancelable. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted for these cribs. Exceptions would be considered only for functional defects.
