Cradlewise Return and Cancellation Policy
We understand that welcoming a new addition to your family is an exciting journey, and sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a generous trial period. Your 60-night trial begins from the day you place your baby in our crib. If, during this period, you find that our crib isn't the perfect fit for your family, please let us know by completing the form below. Once your return is confirmed, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup.

Returning your Cradlewise
Customers have 60 nights from the first use date or within 120 days of delivery, whichever comes first, to request a return of their Cradlewise Smart Crib for a refund.
Important: Cradlewise “Nearly Perfect” cribs are non-returnable and non-cancelable. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted for these cribs. Exceptions would be considered only for functional defects.
- Once a request is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. A $90 return shipping fee (varies by country) will be deducted from the refund.
- You must submit a return request within the given return period using the provided form. We may request images to confirm the crib is in good condition.
- The crib cannot be used after the trial ends. If the crib continues to be used after the trial period, the return request may be denied.
- Disassembly and repackaging are the customer’s responsibility. Cradlewise does not handle this process.
- The crib must be returned in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original box, a replacement can be purchased for $120 + tax (varies by country).
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of confirming the request or within one week of receiving the return box. Failing to meet this timeframe will invalidate the request.
- Customers assume all risks of loss or damages when shipping returns. We strongly recommend watching our instructional video for step-by-step guidance.
- Once received at our fulfillment center, the crib will undergo an inspection. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delays or deductions may apply if return instructions are not followed.
- Accessories (e.g., sheets, mattress covers, etc.) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, upon inspection, the crib must:
- Be in good condition, free from improper use or damage.
- Have intact electronics and mechanical parts.
- Be free from stains, spills, dirt, or damage.
- Include all original parts and materials.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of a refund or deductions.
Cradlewise reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without notice.
Exceptions to 60 Nights Trial Offer
- Cribs can only be returned from the original shipping country.
- Cribs shipped within the contiguous U.S. cannot be returned if used outside this region.
- Cribs purchased outside the contiguous U.S. or Canada are not returnable.
- Cribs purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for this policy.
Cradlewise “Nearly Perfect” cribs are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded. Exceptions would be considered only for functional defects.
Returning Cradlewise Accessories
- Fitted sheets, mattress covers, mesh, and other accessories are non-returnable after delivery.
- Swatches cannot be returned.
- If an accessory has a quality issue, report it within 30 days of delivery at support@cradlewise.com
Canceling your Cradlewise order
Cradlewise Smart Crib Orders
- You may cancel your order before it ships. A $50 cancellation fee (or $75 during Nov 20, 2024 – Jan 5, 2025) will apply.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- Contact support@cradlewise.com before your order ships to request a cancellation.
Cradlewise “Nearly Perfect” cribs cannot be canceled once ordered.
Accessories
- You may cancel accessory orders before receiving tracking information for a full refund.
- If tracking info has been issued, refer to the return policy for accessories.
