Cradlewise Limited Warranty

Cradlewise Smart Crib is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year on the mechanical and electronic part(s).

In case of any manufacturing defect (specified below) within 1 year of purchase, the crib will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, the repair will be done at an extra fee, subjected to the respective component(s) or part(s).

Terms & Conditions Of Warranty:

  1. Cradlewise offers a limited warranty of 1 year on the mechanical and electronic part(s).
  2. Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of genuine Cradlewise product(s) purchased from https;//cradlewise.com (Authorized website).
  3. Claim made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser will not be applicable.
  4. Warranty on the Crib will be available only in case of product failure due to a manufacturing defect.
  5. Warranty will be available only under the proper use of the product.
  6. If any of the part(s) or components are missing, we will only replace the respective component and not the whole crib.
  7. Please retain the original box/package of your Cradlewise Smart Crib. You’ll need to re-pack the unit to make a refund claim, without it, Cradlewise reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty.
  8. Warranty claims will be inspected and picked up within 7 days of raising a request.
  9. If the claim has been verified, Cradlewise will either repair or if a repair is not possible, ship a replacement to the customer.
  10. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
  11. The final decision on the warranty will be made by Cradlewise Inc.
  12. Disputes, if any, are subject to the respective state jurisdiction(s) only.


  1. The color of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen. This is due to lighting, pixel quality, and color settings.
  2. Any defect detected is to be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
  3. Please check if the product will fit through the entrance(s) and door(s) of the premises.
  4. The product is designed to be DIY (Do-It-Yourself) & the assembly of the product will not be full filled by Cradlewise
  5. In case the product appears to lack shine, wiping the surface with a cloth will help clear the surface of dust particles
  6. The manufacturer reserves the right to assess the defect and accordingly offer repair or replacement of the product.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate the warranty claim process, please contact us at +1(888) 717-2735 or email us at support@cradlewise.com with a clear description of the problem, associated pictures, and a copy of the purchase invoice. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Cradlewise reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information, or descriptions, or to physically inspect the products prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.

Once the claim has been verified, Cradlewise will, at its own discretion repair, replace, or give a refund as per the Terms and Conditions of the warranty.
