Your 60-night trial begins from the day you place your baby in our crib, not when the crib is shipped. If, during this period, you find that our crib isn't the perfect fit for your family, please let us know by completing the form below. Once your return is confirmed, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup and provide you with a full refund.
Cancellations are accepted at any time between the purchase date and the generation of your tracking information. Once tracking information is generated, you will need to follow our return process.
Cribs outside the contiguous United States do not qualify for free return shipping. In such cases, the crib owner is responsible for all associated shipping costs, custom fees, and duties.
Upon inspection, the crib
If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, contact the Cradlewise Support Team at support@cradlewise.com within 7 days of delivery. If the product is determined to have failed under warranty, we will promptly replace it at no extra cost.
