It’s OK to change your mind. We value your decision, and that’s why we have NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY.

Your Refund will be initiated immediately once the crib is inspected.

How to Initiate a return:

  1. Call our Cradlewise Support Team at +1(888) 717-2735 or email us at support@cradlewise.com to raise your return request.
  2. You can also chat with us from our website or from the in-app support chat.
  3. We require you to fill in a simple order return form and email it to support@cradlewise.com along with the photographs of the returning product(s) after re-packing it in the original box. (For disassembling, please visit Cradlewise Disassembly instructions )
  4. Your return request will be validated by our support team within 24 — 48 hours.
  5. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
  6. We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 1 3 days post validation of the request.
  7. Once your return is picked up and received at our warehouse, it will go through a series of inspections.
  8. Once the inspections are done and fulfill all the terms and conditions of the return process, your refund will be initiated towards the same payment method used.
  9. In case you want to change the payment terms, mention the same in your trial email.
  10. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 working days to credit the refund to reflect in your statement.

If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, the first thing you do is contact our customer support at +1(888) 717-2735 or email us at support@cradlewise.com. If we determine the product failed under warranty we will replace it for you at no extra cost.
