We understand that welcoming a new addition to your family is an exciting journey, and sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a generous trial period. Your 60-night trial begins from the day you place your baby in our crib. If, during this period, you find that our crib isn't the perfect fit for your family, please let us know by completing the form below. Once your return is confirmed, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup.
To be eligible for a full refund, upon inspection, the crib must:

If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, contact the Cradlewise Support Team at support@cradlewise.com within 7 days of delivery. If the product is determined to have failed under warranty, we will promptly replace or repair it at no extra cost.
