When does the warranty period start?

The protection plan period begins on the day your smart crib is delivered to you.

What's covered in the standard 1-year warranty?

The standard 1-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects. You can read more about ithere.

What happens if I return my crib?

If you return your crib within the 60-night-free-trial policy or cancel before your product is delivered, your plan will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a full refund. Please note, CradlewiseProtect Plans cannot be canceled after the free trial period ends.

Do I need to register my product after purchasing a CradlewiseProtect plan?

Your product is automatically registered, so there's nothing additional for you to do. You'll receive the Protection plan's terms and conditions by email shortly after your product is delivered. Be sure to save your product receipt and confirmation email for future reference.

Is my CradlewiseProtect Plan transferable to a new owner if I sell or gift my product?

No, the extended warranty is not transferable.

The purchase is a gift. Can I transfer the protection plan to the recipient?

Yes, the recipient has to just let us know the order ID and your email ID while claiming.
