Can anyone become a Cradlewise Parent Host?

Will I know how to answer the questions?

As a Cradlewise parent, your experience is invaluable—and should be a good basis for most conversations. If anything is asked that you are unsure of, please refer the Shopper to email support@cradlewise.com and our team will be happy to assist.

Do I need to meet in person?

No, there are numerous ways to show off your Cradlewise and share your experience. You are welcome to schedule a phone call or video meeting. Plus, sending along some pictures of your Cradlewise in its natural environment tends to help! Simply share a photo or recording of your video call or meet up with us at nextdoor@cradlewise.com to earn $35.

Is my location displayed online?

Your profile is searchable so that prospective customers in your area can find you, but your specific location or address is never shared without your consent.

Terms & Conditions for Hosts

This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&C) for participating in the Cradlewise Host Program, where existing customers (“Hosts”) provide product demonstrations to potential buyers (“Shoppers”).

Host Registration: Hosts must be existing customers in good standing. Registration to become a host is subject to Cradlewise approval.

This program will be carried out using the third-party tool Moast. By registering, you also agree to accept their terms of service and privacy policy.
Demo Arrangement: Hosts may be contacted by Shoppers based on geographic proximity for questions regarding the product and asked for demos via Zoom or in-person visits.

Hosts are responsible for conducting demos professionally and providing accurate product information.
Demo Recording and Documentation: For online demos, the call must be recorded, and the recording should be shared on nextdoor@cradlewise.com.

For in-person demos, a photo with the Shopper is required.

And both parties must complete a rating form provided via email for both online & in-person demos.
Compensation: Hosts receive $15 for replying within 18 hours of receiving a message.

Hosts receive an additional $35 for each completed video call or meet up. Simply share a photo or recording of your video call or meet up with us at nextdoor@cradlewise.com.
Privacy and Conduct: Hosts and Shoppers must respect each other’s privacy and adhere to all applicable laws. Cradlewise reserves the right to terminate participation for any breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability: Cradlewise is not liable for disputes between Hosts and Shoppers, nor for any incidents occurring during demos.
Changes to Terms: Cradlewise may update these T&C at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of new terms.

By participating in the program, both Hosts and Shoppers agree to these T&C.
