Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is for current Salesforce employees with an active @salesforce.com email address. Verify your email with the one-time code we send, and your unique discount unlocks instantly. Whether you are expecting, a new parent, or planning ahead, you are welcome to claim it.
What does the offer include?
Your offer is valid when a Cradlewise Smart Crib is in your cart. The additional accessory discount can only be applied when purchased together with a Cradlewise Smart Crib.
How does the verification process work?
It takes about a minute and happens entirely on this page:
- Enter your @salesforce.com email and your baby's due date or birth date.
- We send a verification code to your Salesforce inbox.
- Enter the code on this page and your unique discount appears, ready to use.
Can I combine this with other Cradlewise promotions?
Your Salesforce discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or limited-time offers.
How long is my discount code valid?
Your code is unique to you, valid for one year from the moment you verify, and one-time use. Once it is redeemed, it cannot be used again. If a colleague is also expecting, they can come back to this page and verify with their own email to get their own code.
What if the code does not apply automatically at checkout?
In most cases the discount is applied for you the moment you click through to the purchase page. If you see another promo code in your cart, the Salesforce discount may not auto-apply — simply copy your unique code from the confirmation screen and paste it into the discount field at checkout.
