Shipping Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the "Company" and the "Customer". "Company" shall mean Cradlewise Inc.("We" or "Us" and their connotations) and "Customer" shall mean the individual or entity for which the Company is rendering its services.
Terms & Conditions
- The shipment timeline is determined by the options you choose at the time of purchase, and the options available here are dictated by stock availability. The price of the crib decreases incrementally the further the delivery month is from the order purchase date, up to a maximum of 6 months.
- Cradlewise is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers beyond the stated delivery timelines. Late deliveries by carriers do not constitute grounds for a refund or partial refund.
- Cradlewise does not charge for standard ground forward shipping. You may be charged a Reverse Shipping Fee for returns. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
- If a customer requests to cancel an order after tracking information has been shared, the order is considered in-transit and the customer remains subject to the applicable Reverse Shipping Fee per the Return Policy.
- The product is shipped only to the original purchaser of genuine Cradlewise product(s) purchased from https://cradlewise.com (Authorized website).
- Purchases from a third-party website will not be validated.
- The purchase will be validated and shipped only to customers in the contiguous United States and to shipping areas within Australia, Canada, and India.
- Cradlewise does not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or States: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Additionally, Cradlewise does not ship to PO Box addresses. If you are unsure if we service your address, please get in touch with customer service.
- Cradlewise does not currently ship to the following Canadian territories or provinces: the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additionally, shipping may be unavailable in other regions of Canada.
- Cradlewise currently ships to the following Australian states only: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), and South Australia (SA). We do not ship to other Australian states or territories at this time. If you are unsure whether we service your address, please contact customer service before placing your order.
- Please retain the original box/package of your Cradlewise Smart Crib. You will need to re-pack the unit for returns or warranty claims.
- If the shipping box is damaged upon delivery, the damage must be reported to Cradlewise within 7 days of delivery, along with photographs clearly showing the damage. Failure to report box damage within this window may result in the customer being responsible for the cost of a replacement box should the unit need to be returned or a warranty claim initiated.
- Public Holidays: Cradlewise Australia does not ship on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to the Standard Conditions of Terms of Services, Warranty, and Return policies.
- Cradlewise, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time without notice.
International Shipping Limitations
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities. Authorities also require the value of the product to be stated directly on the package.
