Our crib is Over-The-Air Update enabled. We continuously improve the software for the crib and the app. We have done major software updates in Dec 2023. If you give it a try with the recent updates, you will experience major improvements. The AI-based algorithms work on voting, and there is a possibility that some sleep state detections are wrong in tricky situations. We are working on refining the experience.

We know how important product specifications are when deciding if a specific product will work. We’ve ensured every dimension is listed on the product page. We chose a mini crib design to ensure the compact design could easily transition between a bassinet beside the bed and as a crib once they transition to their own room. Despite being a mini crib, Cradlewise is spacious enough to comfortably and safely accommodate a growing toddler. The size is suitable from birth to 24 months, even for those within the 95 percentile at age two. As a technology company, we make improvements based on customer feedback and need and work hard to create a better experience where we can. The coolest feature of our crib is that it is Over the Air update enabled, so we can push updates as needed. I’m happy to hear that you’re enjoying the new features. It’s also great to know that app has become more stable over the year and that we’ve been able to squash the bugs you’ve reported in the past.

We clearly state in our FAQs that Owlet sock is incompatible with Cradlewise. We cannot ensure interoperability with other brands. Our crib can do breath rate measurements, and we launched a beta a few weeks ago. Let us know if you are interested in joining the beta. You can attach infant mobiles to the crib, not sure which ones you tried. Our Instagram has a couple of reels and photos of beautiful nurseries with Cradlewise cribs and infant mobiles attached. The height of the crib from the top rail to the top of the bed is defined by safety certifications. We do not have much leeway. The height of the crib complies with the certification standards. Regular cribs have continuous slats and that make it easy for the kids to climb them as they reach the milestones. Our crib has only 4 slats and soft mesh sides make it difficult to get the grip to climb out. We are very surprised to see this milestone of climbing out so early on. We have not heard reports from other parents of 1-year-olds. We hope your baby has benefitted from the smart soothing functionality so far. The “auto mode” bounces only when the baby stirs and stops bouncing when the baby goes to sleep. Hence, the crib soothes only when needed and does not bounce the baby through the night. We have a sensitivity setting that can be used to wean the baby off the bounce slowly. If sensitivity is high, it responds to slight stirrings immediately. But if sensitivity is low, the crib gives the baby more opportunity to toss and turn before it kicks in. 1000s of our parents use sensitivity control for weaning. We have recorded more than 5M hours of sleep, and many babies have graduated out of their Cradlewise. We apologize for the difficulties you encountered during the assembly process. Size of the crib: • Our crib is a standard mini-crib. While the Cradlewise crib does not follow the full-size crib standard (28" x 52 3/8"), it is classified as a non-full-size crib, which is a category covered under federal safety regulations. It has been tested by accredited third-party labs for compliance with : • Non-Full sized baby cribs and play yards (ASTM F406 - 19 & 16CFR 1220) • Bassinets and cradles (ASTM F2194 - 16 & 16CFR 1218) We are also JPMA-certified. Honestly it’s poorly made. The weights on the motor which makes it spin and causes the crib to bounce constantly come loose and you have to take the crib apart and retighten them. This crib has been nothing but issues. Avoid it at all cost

Impossible to pack back into box for return.
