100 Nights Risk-Free Trial Policy:

We believe that a bassinet and a crib are a very important part of your baby’s first 2 years, something they are going to spend a whole lot of quality time on.

At Cradlewise, we let you try our products for 100 Nights in the comfort of your own home, before you decide if you want them to keep or not. If you ultimately decide our product is not right for your baby, we will do our best to ensure that the return process is as hassle-free as possible and give you a full 100% refund. Some babies do need a “break-in” period to get used to a new product.

Exceptions To Return/Refund Under 100 Nights Trial Offer:

To ensure that the offer is not being misused, we have identified some exceptions to the 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial Offer which are as below.

  1. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained in case of improper usage or physical damage to the product. You are expected to return the Cradlewise product(s) in a good condition.
  2. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if any of the electronics or mechanical parts are missing or handled without care.
  3. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or damage is found on the product during the inspection process.
  4. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if the product is used on an improper surface without proper support.
  5. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if the product is found to be exposed to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.

Terms & Conditions For 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial Offer:

  1. 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial is applicable only on Cradlewise Smart Crib.
  2. 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial is applicable from the day you first place your baby in the crib. In case of a replacement, 100 Nights' offer will be still calculated from Day 1 the first crib got delivered.
  3. 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial is not applicable for Fitted Sheets or Mattress covers.
  4. You may decide to return the products any time before the end of 100 Nights for a full refund. In case any freebies are provided with the order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
  5. Return and Refund on 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to Return/Refund under 100 Nights Trial.
  6. Our 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Cradlewise product(s) purchased from https://cradlewise.com and is limited to one return per household.
  7. Please retain the original box/package of your Cradlewise Smart Crib. You’ll need to re-pack the unit to make a refund claim, without it, Cradlewise reserves the right to reject any claim under the 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial Offer.
  8. We require you to email us the photographs of the returning product(s) while opting for a refund.
  9. Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7 days of raising a return request.
  10. All approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days once the product(s) has been picked up for return.
  11. The final decision on refund under the 100 Nights Risk-Free Trial offer will be made by Cradlewise Inc.
  12. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial Offer.
