• Do I have to pay for the app after buying the crib?

  Nope. When you buy a Cradlewise crib from our website or our affiliated partners, it comes with 2 years of free access to the Nurture Core plan. No credit card. No extra steps. Just unbox, set up, and focus on your baby. For additional features like extra caregivers, Spotify integration, Video summaries, video notifications, web streaming — you can always subscribe to Nurture Plus plan.

• When does my free access to Nurture Core expire?

  Your 2-year free access to Nurture Core begins on the first day your baby uses the crib. After two years from the first use date, your crib moves to the Free plan.

• How do I upgrade to Nurture Plus?

  You can upgrade anytime from the Cradlewise app or Web portal (mycrib.cradlewise.com).

• How can I purchase or upgrade to a Nurture Plus plan?

  You can upgrade anytime in the Cradlewise app.

• What happens if I already have an active Cradlewise Plus plan on my current crib?

  Nothing changes for you. Cradlewise Plus is now called Nurture Plus. Your Premium features stay right where they are, and you’ll continue to get access to new ones as they roll out. It’s the same great experience, just with a fresh name.

• Can I use the crib without a Nurture plan?

  Absolutely! Your crib will continue to have its most essential features that come built-in in the Free plan.

  Here’s what you’ll still have:

  • SmartSoothe™: Responsive soothing with bounce and sound when your baby stirs. The Smart and Manual modes for Sound and Bounce and all its settings come in-built with the crib, and are fully accessible in the free plan.
  • One Caregiver access:In the free plan, the app can be accessed by one user and one device to view the baby’s live video stream, control all settings for the crib, and access other features like baby’s sleep data and smart notifications.
  • Sleep chart:One day of sleep data to help track your baby's rest.
  • Intelligent Notifications: In-app alerts for baby activity like wake-ups and cries.
  • Sound machine: One preset soundtrack with pink noise for soothing.
  • Explore tab: Access our month on month baby sleep guides with curated tips & tricks to best assist sleep.
  • Critical OTA updates: Continue to receive critical security updates to keep your system safe and secure.
• What happens if I resell or gift my Cradlewise?

  When a Cradlewise is resold or gifted, the new user starts on the Free plan. They can decide to unlock the full experience with a Nurture Core or Plus plan. Or they can stick with the essential Smart Soothing features, no plan required.

• Do I need two plans for my twin babies?

  Yes. Nurture is designed to support each baby’s individual sleep journey. You’ll need a plan for each baby. If you purchase both cribs from us or our partners, each one will come with 2 years of free access to Nurture Core for all orders starting 8th May 2025.

• What changes for existing Cradlewise owners?

  If you already own a crib or placed an order before May 8, 2025 — you’ll continue to enjoy the features you have today, along with any that were promised when you bought the crib. You can choose to upgrade to Nurture Plus if you’d like access to our newest premium features:

  • Video Summary:Time-lapse videos of your baby’s crib time, with replay of the last 7 nights to understand how well your baby is sleeping.
  • Curated Lullabies: Go beyond white noise with our handpicked collection of soothing lullabies.
  • Record & Play Your Voice: Sing, shush, and comfort your baby with a personalized lullaby in your own voice.
  • Video Alerts: Never miss a moment with 30-second video clips with every baby notification.

• What happens after the 2-year Nurture Core subscription ends?

  Your crib moves to the Free plan. You can either continue to use it as-is with its inbuilt SmartSoothe™ and other essential features, or choose to upgrade to a Nurture Core or Plus plan.
